The Netherlands is one of the richest countries in the world. Yet, on average, 2 to 3 children per class grow up in a family with financial difficulties. Children who cannot participate, do not have access to the opportunities that come naturally for others.
Jeugdfonds Sport & Cultuur (Dutch Youth Fund for Sports & Culture) makes it possible for children and teens from families with limited financial means to still participate in activities like football, music lessons, gymnastics, street dance, judo, theater lessons, drawing lessons, or any other sports or creative activities.
