Collaboration with Dutch Youth Fund for Sports & Culture
Because creative growth should be accessible to all children, I am happy and proud that my drawing lessons are now also reimbursed by the Dutch Youth Fund for Sports & Culture.
The Netherlands is one of the richest countries in the world. Yet, on average, 2 to 3 children per class grow up in a family with financial difficulties. Children who cannot participate, do not have access to the opportunities that come naturally for others.
Jeugdfonds Sport & Cultuur (Dutch Youth Fund for Sports & Culture) makes it possible for children and teens from families with limited financial means to still participate in activities like football, music lessons, gymnastics, street dance, judo, theater lessons, drawing lessons, or any other sports or creative activities. The Youth Fund pays for the membership fees or tuition, and in some cases, even for necessities like football gear or dance shoes.
