Mini-workshop for kids at museum Flehite
How do you draw water so that it looks like it rolls and glistens like real water? I will teach you in the mini-workshop “Like Two Drops of Water!”
This summer, the Amersfoort museum Flehite is hosting the exhibition “The City and the Water.” The exhibition focuses entirely on water in the city: from drinking water, canal water, navigable water, swimming water, to water for living by. From cheerful water to dangerous water. Various artists showcase how they perceive water as a subject in their artwork.
On July 18 and August 14, I will be giving a mini-workshop on drawing water droplets in conjunction with this exhibition. Using pastel pencils, a blending stump, and special paper, we will get to work. In just an hour and a half, the water droplets will seem to drip right off your paper!
